Restaurant Hestia Y Bacco

What a nice surprise! After a multitude of mixed meals here is a restaurant which is very very good. Great welcome from our server Sebastian who also speaks very good English. Rather classy place but relaxed people. Sebastian took the time to explain the dishes to us and also advised us on the wine. The meal was really delicious, hearty with perfectly mastered fish and meat cooking. We finished with a maracuya cheesecake….. a real marvel

Very good place to eat, quiet atmosphere and good quality and quantity in the dishes. I personally eat enough and am satisfied. Very delicious non-alcoholic mojito . Highlight the very friendly attention. The prices and menu are in the QR image that I attach.They have an interior space and a terrace which is where the images are seen.

Is a really fine Chilean Restaurant. The pisco and cuisine is fine quality. The Vine have always the excellent temperature. Fish and meat in a great quality. Just taste a Las Mulas - excellent

This is a great restaurant and I would highly recommend i plan to come back. I had the congrel wrapped in bacon with French frys, also the salmon is fantastic. The pisco sour is made very well and the wines are very good. You can get some really good meat here. The salad was great but I wish they had avocado . The smashing best part was the chivhechie with shrimp and salmon and lime and cilantro. Out of this world. Great service.

Pleasant surprise in Talca. For work I looked for a good place to eat and finally decided on this restaurant. Excellent Peruvian pisco sour . Accustomed at home to the American brown Brawley loin (which the Jumbo brings), one becomes demanding. My surprise was the veal loin with pepper sauce with chorizo, ufff, a delight, especially the sauce!!! I recommend 100%. The veined loin is still very good at 3/4. Good mashed potatoes, but a little dry for my taste, I would add more milk or cream. I would cut garlic mushrooms more into slices but it is acceptable. But dear: the Veined Loin with pepper sauce with chorizos is a must have. Congratulations. I will return but next time with my beautiful family. Congratulations.
